Encouraging employees to get out into the community with their teams and support causes that are important to them.Â
In addition to our employee kick-off event, teams are encouraged to join together and volunteer for organizations making a difference in our community.

Matching employee donations to Canadian charitable organizations and registered non-for-profits of an employee’s choice. Â
Parex will match employee donations to a registered charity to a limit of $1000/employee year.
