CALGARY, Alberta, May 14, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Parex Resources Inc. (\u201cParex<\/strong>\u201d or the<\/strong> \u201cCompany<\/strong>\u201d) (TSX:PXT<\/a>) is pleased to announce that on May 14, 2020 it held its annual general and special meeting of shareholders (the \u00abMeeting<\/strong>\u00ab) and all matters presented for approval have been fully authorized and approved.<\/p>\n
