(\u201cParex\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) (TSX: PXT) is pleased to announce that on May 11, 2023, that it held its annual general and special meeting of shareholders (the \u201cMeeting\u201d) and all matters presented for approval have been fully authorized and approved.<\/p>\n
